"We were happy with the service but had difficulty because we were not informed that we could not be picked up at Europe car and needed to go to the pick up for the airport. This cost us international telephone fees as we are from Australia and needed to activate our phone. The communication was a little difficult but we got there eventually and the rest of the trip was fine. "
